Refund and Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

2. Returns After Cancellation

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging (where possible)

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

What we refund:

  • The full price of the item
  • The standard delivery cost you paid (if applicable)

What we do not refund:

  • Any premium delivery upgrades (e.g. next-day delivery)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
  • Return postage costs will be covered by us

If a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons (unless faulty):

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Digital Products

  • Downloadable or digital content is non-refundable once download has begun, provided you gave consent and acknowledged loss of cancellation rights at checkout.

6. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are refundable under UK law, unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase.

This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You may receive a gift credit for the value of the return

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
